After the 15-minute briefing and a practice lap in the training field, you set off in line behind the guide: white roads, olive grove trails and the long track skirting the lagoon with flamingo views. The Zvërnec stop (Byzantine monastery on the pine islet) lasts about 30 minutes.
The route is deliberately easy: suitable for everyone, with a few fun stretches to taste off-road riding. In summer you leave early morning or late afternoon to avoid the heat; dust is part of the game, goggles and bandanas are on us.
