In Vlorë a jet ski is not just the usual beach rental: the strong product is the guided tour. You set off from the Triport (the tourist harbour north of the promenade) and follow the guide across the bay to Sazan island and the entrance of Haxhi Ali Cave: 60-70 minutes of riding with photo stops, or the 2-hour safari reaching Karaburun's beaches.
No boating licence needed: tours are guided (you ride your own ski, following the guide on another one), 15-minute briefing included, life jacket mandatory. The skis are recent models and two people can share one ski for a small supplement.

No, on guided tours no licence is needed: you ride yourself but always behind the guide, inside a defined area. Minimum riding age 16 (with a parent on board), passenger from 6 years.
Can two people share one ski?
Yes, driver + passenger on the same ski for a supplement of about €25. You can swap drivers during stops.
What happens in rough seas?
The tour is rescheduled or refunded. The guide decides that same morning based on bay conditions.
