The sunset tour is perfect if you want to spend the morning on the beach: departure at 15:30, reaching the cave around 16:30-17:00 when most boats have already returned, and sailing back as the sun sets behind Sazan island.
Honest note: if your goal is the most intense electric blue, choose the morning tour — the effect is stronger with high sun. The afternoon wins on atmosphere, calm and golden-coast photos.

Do you see the blue effect in the afternoon too?
Yes but softer: the light enters at an angle creating golden reflections. For the full electric blue you need the morning tour.
